~ Emerging Autumn ~

Autumn doesn’t arrive all at once. The light changes, the air shifts, our bodies feel the season before we’ve necessarily named it. We’ll explore that slow turning through movement, sensation, rhythm, and the subtle ways we respond to change. What is already beginning to soften, shift, or emerge? We’ll follow those sensations into dance and see what happens when we let the body move with the season.
